The home features a Florida room that can be enclosed and airconditioned, or opened up by several sets of sliders leading to the pool area. |

The electric heated pool faces west and is surrounded by a large pool deck with several sitting areas. The lounge chairs which simply invite you to take a break and just lie in the sun for a while. |

The view is nothing short of spectacular as the home overlooks the intersection of the Saxony canal and the wide Bimini canal. The distance to the river is perhaps five minutes by boat. The boat dock is available to guests. The boat lift that is not available to guests. |

The spacious living room has a 50' screen TV and DVD player and opens up to a breakfast nook overlooking the water. Free WIFI. There is also a formal dining room with a set of sliders to the Florida room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances. |

| All three bedrooms offer a set of sliders to the pool area, a very unusual feature. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. There is also an “ante room” leading into the third bedroom. It is used as a TV room but since there is a sleeper sofa, it can also accommodate additional guests |  |
